Summer Camp - Information & Contacts
Welcome to the Summer Camp Information Page. Below is the mailing addresses, emergency contact forms, & final parade dates for each cadet camp.
Leave Passes: If you are passing through the area & would like to pick up your cadet for a visit, please notify the camp ASAP. If a friend or family member not on the cadets paperwork would like to pick them up for a visit, ensure the cadet brings with them and gives to their camp staff a letter from the person on the camp application stating that:
Parental Pick Up (PPU): If you would like to pick up your cadet from camp and drive them home, please let their camp staff know ASAP. A parental pick up form must be filled out and given to the camp. The Vernon CTC PPU Form will be posted at a later date. All other Summer Training Centre PPU forms are located in the Joining Instructions Provided.
Joining Instructions: Attached to each camp are the Joining Instructions. Inside is everything you & your cadet need to know for the summer. It is expected that you and your cadet read and are familiar with the information contained within the Joining Instruction. Consult the JIs prior to contacting the camp or corps staff.
Contacting the Camp: The Emergency Contact Numbers are provided to notify the camp of a family emergency or about an upcoming leave of absence. This number is NOT A WAY TO CONTACT YOUR CADET. These phone numbers link to the Camp Duty Centre which manages all cadets on the base.
Westjet Baggage Claim Form - If your cadet is traveling by air with WestJet, the fee for the first bag is waived with the presentation on this waiver. CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD THE WAIVER

- You (Full Name) give (Full Name) permission to take your cadet (Full Name) on temporary leave.
- Attach a photocopy of your drivers license to this letter with your signature in Blue Ink.
- If this occurs during the summer, fax in this information to the camp addressing the fax to ATTN: Training Company & Platoon of the Cadet
