All cadets are to arrive at Mewata Armouries (801 11 Street SW, Calgary) Sat, 11 Jun 2016 NLT 17:00 hr in civvies (bring your FULL Dress Uniforms in a garment bag with you name on it, and polished boots).

Saturday agenda:
- Practices
- Kit Shop / Icebreakers
- Dance with DJ
- Sleep Over (bring air mattress, sleeping bag, personal necessities).
Sunday agenda:
- Reveille
- Breakfast
- Practice
- Lunch
- Parade set-up
- ACR (guest to be seated 13:15 hr )
- Refreshments / Displays / Pictures
- Parade take down
- Dismiss (approx 16:30)
***There will be over 150 cadets throughout the weekend, each cadet is responsible for the safeguard of his/her belongings.***
